Statement of Purpose

Promise Keepers is an exclusively religious nonprofit organization whose purpose is to ignite and unite men to be passionate followers of Jesus Christ through the effective communication of the Seven Promises of a Promise Keeper, through catalytic events, educational and devotional resources, church and small group activities, and individual and group discipleship, training, worship and prayer; and to support, encourage and facilitate the spread and growth of the Christian faith throughout the world.

Charitable Organization Information

We ask that you consider giving to Promise Keepers only after you have fulfilled your biblical responsibility to your local church.  If we are blessed to receive more donations than required for a specified need, we will use them to further the general ministry and operations of Promise Keepers.

Promise Keepers is a Colorado nonprofit corporation dedicated to igniting and uniting men to be passionate followers of Jesus Christ through the effective communication of the Seven Promises. Our principal place of business is located at 5600 South Quebec Street, Suite 200-D, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, and the phone number is: 1-866-PROMISE. Promise Keepers also is a Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Gifts to Promise Keepers are deductible as charitable contributions for federal and Minnesota income tax purposes. A copy of our audited annual financial statement may be requested by writing to: Promise Keepers, P.O. Box 11338, Denver, Colorado 80211-0338. To residents of the states of Pennsylvania: The official registration and financial information of Promise Keepers may be obtained from the Pennsylvania Department of State by calling toll-free, within Pennsylvania, 1-800-732-0999. Registration does not imply endorsement; Maryland: Registration documents are available from the Maryland Secretary of State; Virginia: A financial statement is available from the State Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Division of Consumer Affairs; Washington: Additional financial disclosure information concerning Promise Keepers is on file with and may be obtained from the Office of the Secretary of State by calling 1-800-332-4483; West Virginia: A summary of registration and financial documents may be obtained from the Secretary of State, State Capitol, Charleston, WV 25305. Registration does not imply endorsement; Wisconsin: A financial statement will be provided upon request; and New Hampshire: Promise Keepers is not soliciting donations from the residents of New Hampshire.

Use of Gifts

Promise Keepers does not accept restricted or conditional gifts through this site. While Promise Keepers appreciates advice regarding support for any of its specific operations and activities, it reserves the right to determine how specific gifts may ultimately be used to further the general ministry and operations of Promise Keepers. Gifts exceeding the budget needs of any stated purpose will be used to fund other Promise Keepers activities.
