Purpose: To assist the Registration Group Leader (Registration Captain) with the handling and counting of finances associated with registration and offering. Ensure every church within your sphere of influence actively partners in sending men to the conference.

Reports to: Registration Group Leader (Registration Captain)

Works closely with: Registration Team, Registration Group Leader, and PK Registration Manager

Special Qualifications/Preferred Profile: Willing to work around and with cash

Pre-Conference Responsibilities:

  • Pray for the conference
  • Help recruit other volunteers
  • Help ensure the conference is “SOLD OUT”

Conference Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Registration Captain with setting up the Finance Room for accounting purposes
  • Receive on-site training and direction from PK Registration Manager in accomplishing duties
  • Handle pledge card/cash counting responsibilities, and may include use of a counting machine
  • Help prepare deposits – if directed by the PK Administration Manager or Registration Captain – for secured pick up or drop off to financial institution
  • Assist the PK Registration Manager in the tear down process for all equipment and supplies readied for shipment
  • Note: All personnel is checked in and out of Finance Room by Security
