Facilities Setup Tear Down
Purpose:To assist with the setup and tear down of conference logistics areas. Ensure every church within your sphere of influence actively partner in sending men to the conference.
Reports to: Facilities Captain
Works Closely with: Conference Services Group I Leader, PK Conference Services Manager
Help recruit volunteers and pray for the conference
Become familiar with job description and schedule for Facilities Team
Help ensure the conference is “SOLD OUT”
Be familiar with the venue layout knowing the locations of entrances, parking, restrooms, and elevators
Assist with movement of equipment, deliveries, setup, and specific requests from Facilities Captain and/or PK Conference Services Manager
Assist with basic setup of PK logistical areas including placement of table, chairs etc.
Affix room assignment signs –in accordance with Venue rules– to ancillary rooms assigned to Promise Keepers
You may be called upon to assist the Usher Team in distributing, then collecting filled trash bags. Check with your Captain for directions
Assist and complete all tasks assigned by Facilities Captain
Assist with the post conference tear down and load out of all Promise Keepers crates, equipment, and supplies under the direction of your Facilities Captain. May include tear down of venue provided tables and chairs. Remove and return to file box in HQ Office any PK room assignment signs that were put up
