Registration Group Leader (Registration Captain)

Purpose: To recruit and train volunteer team members and provide leadership on site to execute and carry out registration and offering counting administrative duties during the Promise Keepers conference. Ensure that every church within your sphere of influence actively partners in sending men to the conference.

Reports to: PK Registration Manager

Works closely with: Conference Volunteer Coordinator, Registration Team and Counters

Special Qualifications/Preferred Profile: Willing to work around and with cash, facilitate cash/check/credit card/debit card transactions as directed

Pre-Conference Responsibilities:

  • Carefully select qualified registration team members and counters
  • Receive information for the team and train with the PK Administration Manager
  • Maintain relationships and communicate with the team leading up to the event

Conference Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibilities for Administration Group operations on site, under the direction of the PK Administration Manager
  • Provide leadership and act pro-actively for team assignments to be carried out in a timely manner and be prepared to assist wherever needed in the Walk Up Registration, Will Call, and conference offering counting areas
  • Maintain relationship and communication with the team
  • Assist with customer relations and resolutions
